The service
Intelligenfy is an educational platform. Intelligenfy Financial Markets explains market concepts, analyses charts you share or select, runs paper-trading simulations and tracks your learning. It does not connect to brokerage accounts, does not place orders and does not move money.
Not financial advice
Intelligenfy provides educational information and simulated learning experiences. It does not provide personalized investment advice, guarantee financial results or execute live trades. Financial markets involve risk, including the possible loss of capital. Users remain responsible for their own decisions. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Your account
You must be at least 18, or use the service under a school, academy or company plan supervised by an adult. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us about unauthorised use. One person per account unless a team plan says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not share screens containing other people’s private data, passwords or payment details. Do not attempt to extract our strategy rules, prompts or models, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled and are billed by our payment processor. Trials convert to the paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Monthly allowances (tutoring time, AI usage, simulations) reset each billing cycle and unused allowance does not carry over. Add-on packs expire as stated at purchase. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the paid period, then moves you to the free plan with your history intact. Founding-member pricing is kept while the qualifying subscription stays continuously active.
Refunds
Contact hello@intelligenfy.com within 14 days of a first charge if the service did not work as described; we will refund or fix it. Usage-based packs already consumed are not refundable.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. Features labelled Coming Soon, Planned or Future Release are not part of the service until released. We may change or retire features with notice where practical.
Intellectual property
The service, its content, strategies and models are ours or our licensors’. Your own notes, settings and paper-trade history are yours; you grant us the licence needed to run the service for you.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelligenfy is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading or investment decisions you make.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can terminate for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature survive, do.
