Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, sign-in identity from our authentication provider), your plan and billing status, the settings, watchlists, paper trades, lessons and quiz results you create in the app, and technical logs needed to run the service.

Screen sharing

Screen sharing starts only after you choose a screen, window or tab in your browser’s permission dialog, and stops the moment you end it or close the window. Frames are reduced in size, compared locally so unchanged frames are never sent, and only changed frames are sent to our AI providers to produce the explanation you asked for. Frames are processed for that request and are not stored as images. Do not share screens containing passwords, payment details or other sensitive information; the tutor is not designed to capture them and warns when a screen looks sensitive. Processing happens on our servers and with our AI providers, not locally on your device.

Voice

When you press Talk, a short recording is sent to our speech provider to be transcribed, then the text is used to answer you. Recordings are not kept after transcription. Microphone access is requested by your browser each time you first use it on a device and can be revoked in browser settings.

Avatar

The avatar video is streamed from a media provider using a short-lived session token. Your identity is not shared with that provider.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers. We keep the processor’s customer and subscription identifiers so we can manage your plan.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store the details you enter, the tutor you selected, and the referral source and campaign parameters that brought you to the site, so we can invite you when that tutor opens. Waitlist entries are never shown publicly.

Analytics and cookies

We record a small set of first-party events on the public site (for example that a call to action or the waitlist was used) together with the page, referrer and campaign parameters. These events never include screen content, form values or chart data, and they are not sent to third-party analytics services. The app uses strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and session security; there are no advertising cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of beyond declining to use the service.

AI providers

Explanations, analysis narration, speech and vision are produced by third-party AI providers through their APIs, whose terms state that API data is not used to train their models. Only the text, context and frames needed for your request are sent.

Your controls

You can stop sharing, pause the tutor, mute the microphone and hide the avatar at any time from the avatar window. You can review your paper trades, lessons and settings in the app, delete individual records where the app offers it, and ask us at hello@intelligenfy.com to delete your account and its data.

Retention and security

Account data is kept while your account exists. Backups are kept on access-restricted servers and rotated after fourteen days. Access is limited to operators who need it to run the service.

Children

Intelligenfy is for adults and for students using it under a school or academy plan supervised by an adult.
